Complaints Procedure

If you have submitted a working holiday application through us and have a complaint about our services, we would be happy to hear from you in writing, so that we can attempt to resolve it fairly and promptly between ourselves.

A complaint can be made in the following circumstances:  if your licensed immigration advisor either breached the code of conduct or was negligent or incompetent, or incapable or dishonest.

A complaint must be made in writing and must specify the grounds that form the basis of the complaint. Please provide a short clear description of the reasons for the complaint together with any relevant supporting documents. A complaint may not be made anonymously.

You can lodge your complaint with the licensed immigration advisor at the following address:

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint in writing within 2 working days of receiving the complaint and will seek to respond to the complaint within 7 days of meeting with you or receiving full details of it.

If you are not happy with our response to your complaint, and your complaint is eligible as set out above, you may refer your complaint in writing to the Registrar of Immigration Advisors, whose address is:

A complaint sent to the IAA must be made in writing, must specify the grounds that form the basis of the complaint, and must state whether or not the complainant has made attempts to resolve the complaint using the immigration advisers own complaints procedure and the outcome of that process. It must be accompanied by copies of any supporting documents and may not be made anonymously.
